According to Germany’s constitution it is illegal to vote the way they did btw. It is forbidden for any German government to side with Nazis. Which also makes their sending weapons and money to Kiev and letting their soldiers be trained on German soil categorically illegal. But when Washington says jump, Berlin only asks how high…

With how many Nazi officers being reinstated by the allies in West Germany, they at no point ever honoured that clause.

That, and breaking german law is tradition for german governments.

If there was one country to vote in favor you’d think it’d be Germany…

To be fair, we all knew what “abstain” had always meant. Their opinions never changed, they’re just not hiding it anymore.

Im more worried about all the new abstentions, what exactly does that mean, you dont go from “Nazis are bad” to “I am not sure about these nazi guys”

I am slightly curious what prompted this, I cant think Ukraine caused so many new nations to go “we are the baddies” (the yes to abstain not abstain to no, that was obvious)

I honestly wonder what euroamerikkkans think of this. Like do they think all of Africa, Asia, and South America are wrong, and they’re right?

The fuck is Mali doing with that vote? They are aware of how nazis view African people right? right…?

Mali’s vote was accidental, their representative hit the wrong button. They changed the record immediately after they realized their mistake and voted for the resolution.

Don’t US and EU abstain or vote against any Russian resolution at UN?
