I haven’t really paid much attention to her career lately.

      Yes, anything else?

I remember having bad feelings toward her due to her blood-soaked career. Anything specific?

      Damn, it’s been a while…

True, and she’s gone against other Democrats when she thought they were “too extreme” (which isn’t saying much; it’s just paltry concessions but even that is too much for her…)

          I just want specifics.

I know that before I was a communist, I could name a lot of things she did off the back of my hand.

If that was true wouldn’t the Republicans love her instead of hate her?

I’d say no, the other purpose of their account was to try and build a rapport as a real leftist but could no longer keep up the charade when we all attacked their lib fash queen Nancy.

If Reagan were alive today he’d be a Democrat. That’s how far right American politics as a whole have shifted in the last generation or two. So it’s not so strange that modern Reaganites are Dems, and that the Republicans hate them.

I was listening to a Ben Norton and Aaron Good podcast recently and they mentioned a Chomsky quote along the lines of “Nixon was the last liberal president.” His presidency marked the shift to neoliberalism among other things.

In general “mostly evil” is about as benevolent as one can expect a US president to be.

Thanked George Floyd for dying. I thought that was an exaggeration but nope, it happened.

She puts on a veneer of being “for the people” despite the fact that she was and still is a devoted Reaganite.

“She tried to get it through” but she didn’t try very hard. She’s loves engaging in performative politics while doing nothing to cause substantive change. She’ll wear an African scarf while she votes for more police.

And here I thought Obama was the main culprit in the Democratic failures in this century.

The power is in Congress. The president is mostly a figurehead. Pelosi killed single payer healthcare, and then she lost the house anyways.

She insulted Trump and refused to be part of his fake meetings.
