We’ve managed to wrench the EU away from Russia but pushed them closer to Asia. Peripheral countries broadly support Russia in this war. It abolutely is, Russia is the hinge in the emerging multipolar world because of BRICKS, because supplying resources and weapons outside of US control to much of antiimperialist block and because being somewhat a middleman between China and a some other countries, mostly India.

Yeah this is exactly what happened in Iraq, it was even called Coalition of the Willing or something similar. As if it wasn’t obvious that NATO is not a defensive alliance but just an imperialist racket (for its entire history NATO country was attacked literally once and NATO didn’t even intervened then).

When countries like Vietnam and Venezuela were “”“attacked”“” (read, their own citizens got fed up with their government’s shit and decided to have a go at socialism), the vanguards of “democracy” NATO definitely felt the need to “save” them (which, the people of a country saying GTFO to a capitalist government and trying to implement socialism is probably the most democratic thing possible).
