Europe is becoming completely unhinged in their joined effort to…? To do what exactly? Financially destroy themselves to own the Russians?

If we don’t go all out in a nuclear war for the above mentioned reason then I wonder where the European socdems draw the line.

If these people were smart, they’d hang out an olive branch and try to get as many defectors to their side as possible, but no. What do they think is going to happen if they continue to villainize the Russian people? Even if Putin magically drops dead like Western Media claims is gonna happen any day now, he’ll be replaced by some random Russian dude (or dudette) who is seeing all of this dehumanization and wants to pick up where he left off.

This is officially no longer about Ukraine, this is about “punishing” Russian civillians for the crime of being born in the wrong country.

It will hardly be someone random. With that much hysteria (like the linked above) we might actually end up with someone even more hawkish.

There is a non-zero probability that if Putin is somehow overthrown, the one who will replace him will be so bloodthirsty that he will not hesitate to press all the red buttons.

It’s not about being bloodthirsty, it’s about being callous and out of touch. See the reaction to the current “partial” mobilization. Imagine if a full-scale mobilization was announced, as certain “true believers” were calling for.

Uh…and what is the reaction to the current ““partial”” mobilization? Some libs who weren’t gonna get mobilized leaving Moscow and St.Petersburg and full enlistment offices in other regions with noone whining?

Well someone torched a voenkomat in my city. That’s a reaction.

Of the people, or of Navalny-affiliated libshits that called for burning voenkomats right after Putin’s speech? Those idiots burned some shit earlier during SMO too, did “#нетвойне” protests persist?

Real “mass protest”, totally not lib sabotage xD

Как уже выразился Мятежник, “объявили о наборе под ружьё 300 тыс. человек, а обосрались от этого десятки миллионов.”. Хоть что-то жечь в голову пришло только паре ублюдков. Смотреть противно.

I don’t think it ever really was about Ukraine. Ukraine just happened to be a Russia bordering nation that isn’t part of NATO. And the US and friends just want to defeat Russian influence over Europe, because then the US can completely dominate the continent. And in Ukraine they succeeded in luring Russia into war.

Yes, it never was, it was always about Russia, which was always seen as outside enemy, even during the Napoleonic Wars and Holy Alliance when it literally saved the asses of western empires. Socialism increased that fear and hate tenfold. It’s completely obvious how even Yeltsin’s Russia, completely humiliated and domesticated, was still not allowed to join the “free world” even as third class citizen like Poland or Romania were.

West, as every fascist organization, needs an enemy to cover the fact that their own ruling class is the greatest enemy of their peoples.

The US has already tried goading Russia into a larger war in Georgia, Belarus, Chechnia, even went so far as to directly attack Russian troops in Syria iirc.
