(Not so) Fun story. When my country was fighting for independence from Britain, the Brits captured a 17 year old boy transferring weapons and sentenced him to death by hanging. An appeal was made to Lizzie to save his life. She denied the appeal and then later on the same day signed a decree about saving the lives of some dogs caught in a pound and scheduled to be killed. When the Brits hanged the boy, she was at the time attending an animal lovers’ party.
Wow, everything in context I suppose. The vast majority of people would see her at the event and only have good things to say, but you can only look at her in disgust when you know the full story, may she rot in hell
She stopped breeding them years ago so they would die before she did. She didn’t order to have them murdered.
