I really think poorly regulated processed foods are having a negative and serious effect on people’s brains in America.

That’s an interesting one. What’s the connection between snacks and tiredness? Asking because I have a massive sweet tooth (which leads to constant snacking) and feel tired a lot, despite not really doing much physical or mental labour (work suspended).

IIUC at least one of the mechanism is that an abrupt spike in blood sugar causes spike in insulin production to process it which overshoots in removing the sugar meaning you may dip to lower sugar levels than prior to eating.

Fun fact, did you know the US goverment used lead tubes to make the water sistems of a lot of cities some decades ago, with they only stoped and remade said water sistems with actual tubes in the 80s/90s, so around 50% of the us population suffers from lead poisoning of some type

It is within the US’s interest to keep its people as stupid as possible.

      This

The entire point of the capitalist education system is to break people and rebuild them into dumdums who hates themselves

Self-hate is as big a goal as stupidity is

      Nothing’s more subordinate than a self-loathing dumdum

In the US they have a lot of distraction that makes people avoid serious issue which keeps the US citizen majorly misinformed. Its quite unfortunate that many people in the US have no idea whats going on around them.
