LIBS INCOMING!

Edit: For real I’m proud of the hard work all the devs did to implement federation, it was a difficult task and I love you all!

If you need me, I’ll be hiding in c/japanimation until the liberalism subsides.

Unrelated request, but what if the logo for that subcom was:

I think one post like this is fine. But I can’t imagine seeing stuff like this on daily or even a weekly basis. It’s kinda fun pointing out the contradictions inherent in lib ideology.

Seems like a violation of rule 1: “No capitalist apologia / anti-communism.”

I was under the impression (remember reading it somewhere) that leftistinfighting is a bit lax in that respect. If this keeps getting worse we should discuss it again but at this point it’s not too bad IMO.

That’s a lot of standard western imperialist narratives. I find it quite amusing that the OP thinks we haven’t already been force-fed these exact narratives month on month, day in and day out.

I take a zero-tolerance approach to liberalism, so I’ll be taking those posts down until I’m told to stop.

By all means ban them. We can also (temporarily) disable federation on this instance if it gets too much.

An example is email. You can send an email from your Gmail account to a Protonmail account, even though they’re on different networks

So with federation on Lemmy, people from Lemmygrad.ml can post on Lemmy.ml and vice-versa, even though they’re different servers on different networks. You can also spin up your own Lemmy server and federate with them

There’s work in place to get it to work with ActivityPub, so your Lemmygrad posts could be liked by users from Mastodon servers
