    It clearly disproves the idea that it’s a monarchy however at no point you see input from the whole population therefore libs will say it’s a dictatorship of the WPK because they have no capacity to conceptualize democracy outside of popularity contests

      Bit of both, higher positions chosen by party, most of party chosen in elections. Kim is appointed by the party, the people who appoint him are elected.
