Only post 13 is not about the conflict (post 3 is titled “Poland will not cooperate with Hungary until Orban’s position on Putin’s war against Ukraine changes”)

No wonder everyone is so mad about the conflict, if only there were as many articles about Libya, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan…

What makes this scary is that r/Worldnews alone probably has a higher readership than most newspapers or news sites. Consent = manufactured.

It was the same when HK protests started. They downvote RT, Telesur links but damn, how many facts covered by Haaretz of Israel, Times of India and HK News.

I love that news out of Israel is treated like gospel, despite them being nowhere near the places of interest.

If you haven’t been banned by World News you’ve drunk the kool-aide. They’re banner should be, “CIA Owned and Operated.”

Like I said elsewhere, this skirmish in a small country in Europe is somehow the biggest news in America. You’d think we already had boots on the ground over there with how much the average redditor seems to care.

Isn’t Ukraine the biggest country in Europe?

I mean, if you count Russia an european country, then no, but if you dont, then yes.

I like that headline about Chinese billionaires losing wealth. Yet the Chinese economy is growing. Wow so capitalist country.

r/worldnews has been a propaganda outlet since it’s inception. Going there is like entering into a room full of angry hornets.
