Look, if y’all want to shit on US coffee culture, at least drink a Venti olive oil coffee first… then you’ll really be shitting all over US coffee culture 💩…
Just thinking about a combination of oil and caffeine made me shit myself instantly
The thought of olive oil and coffee makes me think about how dystopian this country is. We are in the twilight zone. They will sell us anything and people will buy it.
Yep. Bloody gross imo
Oil coffee is probably the most usian drink i ever seen, only way to get it more usian is to make it crude oil and add blood of minorities.
What if it was deep fried?
No idea i’m getting nauseous even thinking about it.
Rendered bacon fat instead of oil
I work there, it’s never this bad unless it’s sitting for a long time. I’ve only had samples, not a whole drink, but you can barely notice it in most of them. Some baristas love it
I watched the James Hoffmann video on it (he took it down after he found out about Starbucks’ union-busting), and while he definitely got a curated experience, it seems like it’s not as bad as one might think, at least as a one-off curiosity.
