    What was the plight of women in Iran under the shah other than the freedom to wear short shorts and be objectified by western perverts. Say what you will about the Islamic revolution, and it has its faults and problems which should be criticized without justifying imperial adventurism, but female literacy and education actually went up.

    Just safe to ignore western libs… They are becoming more irrelevant by the day, who the fuck needs them. Twitter and bullshit graffiti doesn’t mean anything.

      Cracker celebrity women all cut their hair in “Solidarity” with Iranian protesters as some sort of defiance towards the Iranian patriarchy, don’t ask me how it makes any sense, I haven’t got a clue.
