From claiming that sending aid to Syria is wrong because it’ll mean Assad will become more powerful, to openly bragging about his brand new Nazi flag fresh from Ukraine, most recently, he’s also decided to threaten the American people over the matter of wrongthink. If you didn’t support Ukraine, you will be “held accountable.” For what, who can say, but it kinda sounds like he wants to shoot us in the head.

This guy’s a government employee and happily saying this shit. I’m a bit concerned.

Once Russia wins, western liberals will whine for about a month and then completely lose interest. They have worse historical memory than goldfish.

Not this time. We’ve hit the point of no return, Nazism has become socially acceptable just as long as you don’t call it Nazism.

Even if you do call it Nazism, most western libs genuinely believe that communists are worse than Nazis. It’s honestly surreal to see.

I guess that’s what happens when you’re constantly lied too that the guys who suffered a famine are more evil than the guys who actively tried to annihilate several ethnic groups.

No, they’ll claim that Russia suffered 1345678 trillion casualties and there were 123456789 billion dead Ukrainian civilians, just like they did with Finland

give it a couple of decades and just like with Finland they’ll fool themselves into thinking Ukraine did somehow win despite losing territory and almost its entire army and economic base.

I think it will take more than a few decades, Ukraine will be a land mine in Europe’s geopolitics for years to come, because of extreme right-wing terrorists who will leave there trained and armed

According to Wikipedia he has a BA in Governmental and Germanic studies…so with the above context he’s pretty likely a nazi fanatic. His connections to Ukraine should be further probed if it’s within your capabilities.

Still though, this is simply more of the same rhetoric of the faux left in line with such great hits as “the wrong side of history” (of which they stand as they’re saying this) and “free and fair elections” (of which they have none and aim to destroy everywhere they go). It’s Orwellian doublespeak, a trademark of the US state propagandists.

And in the unlikely event of that happening, I wouldn’t be so worried about what his “forces” do so much as what our class’ response would be. As much as they tried to deflect aggression (“protest peacefully! The families of victims want peace!”), 2020 cost the bourgeoisie a lot of sense of security in destroyed corporate and state infrastructure. I still hear a worker from Minneapolis singing “this ain’t a riot, it’s a revolution” in my head every time I think of those events with molotovs flying through cop car windows in the background. Our class has rigidly defended assaults on the second amendment as well even in the wake of mass agitations from a terrorist state. It would not be in their interests to attempt to recreate a nazi’s wetdream here.

Honestly, I’ve been a lot more open about being a Marxist to certain people, including therapists, and posts like Paul’s make me nervous that I actually could be arrested or punished just for being a commie and opposing war.
