My Australian comrades hate a similar org called “Socialist Alternative” in, well, Australia; I think they have multiple branches, the most well-known being the one in America and, I think, the UK, correct me if I’m wrong.
It’s disappointing to see them doing this shit because Sawant is actually really good by US standards and they should just stick to local politics if that is all they are good for and never ever be allowed to represent anything on the international level.

This is a known phenomena all around tho, as there are also MLs trying to salt the DSA with their special caucuses, it’s supposed to be a big tent party after all.
