Anytime there’s a negative headline, it’s a reminder that the right choice was made.

If anything positive ever does come out of a westoid, that’s when we actually need to be vigilant lmao.

But fostering biodiversity remains a challenge, conservationists say.

So better do nothing just like the West uh? “Guys I found one thing that could have been better in the plan, pack it up we give up” Not very far from how westoids think about revolution

“Oh you made a forest out of a desert and all the animals and biodiversity didn’t instantaneously warp back in like the ents in LoTR? Well guess communism is a failure.”

Add the trees chopped as victims of communism and also add the planted tress as victims too, cause why the fuck not

They planted all these trees, but they forgot to farm every other life form and construct an entirely manmade ecosystem like some sci-fi show. It’s not like nature does this stuff on it’s own if you just give it time.

Yeah lmao they only have to not exploit it for wood because that actually sabotages ecosystems, but still it is plain better than desert

China’s reforestation project gives me a lot of hope. The devastation of the Amazon rainforest is reaching a tipping point, where savannization will kick in. It’s good to know we can still prevent this if we get our shit together.
