        Well current Russian government is not socialist for one, and was working hard on getting on the west’s good side. Additionally, IIRC there were tensions with regards to DPRK’s nuclear testings, some of which were happening near our border

      Well, it’s about time to warm them up. Two unlawfully sanctioned countries more or less in China’s sphere of influence and Russian capital has abandoned all hope to integrate with the rest of the first thieves world. Nothing to lose, only pure profits. Can fuck with Japan together for one.
