minus-square201dbergOPlinkfedilinkarrow-up5arrow-down1·2 years agoWell I take 15 minutes to do a 1 mile warm up walk then stretch for 35ish minutes then my sets only take about 3-5 minutes per set and I do 4-5 of those but take like 10-15 mins between them as I do other shit around the house or work
