Hi comrades, I did not post last Friday as there was already a good post that Thursday which had some good discussion about goals and such. Did not feel a Friday post was needed.
So how have you been this week?
I started exercising again a little more than a week ago after recovering from a deadlifting injury. Taking it a bit slow and hoping I don’t hurt myself again.
I really hate the gym I am going to. They play very loud music. But I don’t have to pay to go there so not complaining too much.
Was working on my car a bit ago and literally just tore a fucking ligament in my left thumb. The UCL. I know I did because I have done it three other times in my life. God damnit. Why can I just not do stupid shit that ends up in injury.
Oof! That’s a bad one, I suppose you can do some cardio but most lifts will be off limits
I’ve done some stationary biking and Wii sports, which is more than I usually do.
Best week of muscle mass building I’ve ever had. I did a bicep back day, followed up by a Tricep Chest day. My arms are looking bigger than usual and I finally have a wider bicep that I’ve been looking forward to
This week did a 45kg Clean. Not much but as a self taught beginner means a lot. Trying to get a coach so I can compete at least at a national level but the weightlifting scene here (my country) seems to be slim to nonexistent…
