The Social Progress Index (SPI) is a measurement of the amount of progress that have been made by a society. It is determined that way :
- 10 points if you are white
- 20 points if you are imperialist
- 5 points if you submit to imperialism
- 5 points if you had social-democracy in the 70’s
- 5 points if healthcare don’t lead to bankruptcy

They have insanely high rates of suicide, emigration, alcoholism, prostitution, crime, corporate ownership, drug use, and so much more. There is no way they have a higher social index then the Imperial leader.
