I believe the problem lies in that people have no idea what ableism/saneism looks and sounds like. I can be biased because I am personally affected by this particular topic. I’m not soft on ableists but I expect more than a change in the words people use. I’m not sure if you get what I mean.
Ppl could just not be ableist and use slurs, its pretty simple.
