Maybe the rest of the world, China isn’t that far from it; and it’s technologically possible if we would want to.
It was abolished this year? I never said it’s going to happen now, I said that’s it’s possible and China could do it, I think they are taking excellent policies in that regard. Fucking hell where I live is common to work 12 hours and we don’t have no fucking law saying we should stop doing that shit.
Maybe… last I heard Chinese companies were even exporting 996 leading to strikes in Singapur.
I mean I hate working too but it’s because I’m lazy I don’t make excuses for it lol
The problem is not work, but the conditions under which we are working. Like Marx says, under capitalism the worker is alienated from his labor.
Agreed, most people do enjoy labour when own the means of production. Basically everyone’s hobbies demonstrate this: People garden, or knit/other stitch work, produce art and all sorts of other things; for example I enjoy woodworking… People use their free time to create and work for themselves.
