      The biggest reason why the anti-com argument of “They didn’t get bananas and mangoes out of season, proving communism is a failure.” is such bullshit. If the only way to get tropical fruit out of season is to use slave labour, then we shouldn’t have tropical fruit out of season.

        1. white people have defective taste buds
        2. hence enjoy unripe fruit as much as ripe fruit
        3. have higher demand for unripe, astringent sour mangoes in the dead of December
        4. this demand makes this stupidity profitable
