Are these cringy slides a “plausible deniability” measure? Because if yes it’s very effective. I almost didn’t believe some of the snowden and wikileaks stuff because the slides where so dumb…
I think these slides definitively show that these people aren’t as bright as everybody thinks they are.
What is this?
It’s a leaked internal GCHQ presentation prepared by the Joint Threat Intelligence Research Group describing the division’s covert online operations, specifically the control, infiltration and manipulation of online communication between targets.
It’s not very easy to make sense of. Could you understand it?
