Obligatory “anarchism or socialism by stalin” recommendation. Butchering it, anarchists are idealists so theyre not even marxists (dialectical materialists worldview) so no theyre not revisionists because theyre not marxists to begin with.

Curiously, the ultras that call others revisionists are not marxists either lol.

Anarchists aren’t a revision of marxism because anarchists aren’t marxists.

There are anarchists who are marxists. Anarchism is not inherently marxist, though. There is possibility for revisionism from a marxist anarchist. Generally the errors of anarchists are more likely to be of the ultra-leftist sort than a right deviation. In case you (OP/lurkers) don’t know the difference I will refer you to this: https://lemmygrad.ml/comment/2926815

They aren’t revisionists because revisionists are the people who were originally marxist and revised marxism, anarchists can’t because they never were marxists in the first place.

Anarchism predates marxism and is one of main kinds of utopian socialism.

It depends on what you mean by revisionist.

It is to be noted that “revisionist” is more of an insult than a defined ideological tendency. No one claims to be revisionist. To some (like the ones who call themselves “Maoists”), the community of Lemmygrad is largely revisionist for its approval of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. To others, even Mao is revisionist because Hoxa said so. To us, Khrushchev is a revisionist because of everything goddamn thing he did and say.
