Unrealated to the content but thank you for the disclaimer. I was also following the discussion and while I feel confident that I can identify right wingers with correct takes on geopolitics this just makes my life easier as I don’t have to look into them myself, which I don’t always have the time for. For exmple when I’m commuting and just have 5-10 min looking at lemmygrad. I remember reading some other stuff from this author while commuting and their profile picture struck me as weird. However, I didn’t realize till now that they are right wing. If not for the disclaimer it’s possible I could’ve shared articles from this author with friends without knowing they’re right wing which could have ended being a bit… uncomfortable.

I think quite a few leftist creators have backup accounts on rumble and stream/upload on both youtube and rumble. Richard Medhurst was already mentioned, Danny Haiphong also has a rumble channel with like 5k followers. I’m sure with the crackdown on red and AfricaStream more leftist creators will start looking for alternatives and Rumble is probably their best option as of now, although I understand that the predominance of far-right content there gives it weird vibes, to put it mildly.

While I boycott myself, I don’t believe that any of this happened because of the boycott. It just seems like normal consequences from ruining your economy and the video doesn’t present any evidence that points the other way.

Nooo, I kinda liked that org, since they seem to be the only ones in Germany who tend towards critically supporting Russia. They have some decent (although not yet conclusive) work on why Russia isn’t imperialist and also provide a platform for Communists in the Donbass.
