Liberals will cope by saying that “Ukraine was so brave and they held out for so long” already seeing the memes shared by my liberal friends decreasing.

They are running out of copium. (better import some lol)

still worried about the increasing russiophobia though

I knew this cope was coming as soon as Russia took more than a week. Evil and foolish Russia stumbles into a victory while wholesome and righteous Ukraine holds out for as long as it could

yeah, I predict the conversation will now shift from “incompetent evil russian army” to who commited what war crime.

They’ll probably still make the same horrible MCU comparisons…

They will be painted as incompetent in anything and as super weak, but they kill all the civilians with precision strikes or something like that… I dunno I should sleep and stop being angry…

The Russian victory plays right into the plan. Now the narrative becomes spending hundreds of billions on new weapons all over Europe. Maybe they’ll even get their dream of a trillion dollar missile shield that won’t work and might provoke ww3.

Yet they won’t extend the same praise to Houthis or Palestinians. Wonder why lol

Yaah that’s pretty much what I’m expecting. You can really see the change in the mainstream coverage in recent weeks as well. Don’t really see much talk about Ukrainian victories and how badly things are going for Russia.

“The Russians aren’t winning, and the Ukrainians aren’t winning, and we’re at a bit of a stalemate here,” said Lt. Gen. Scott D. Berrier, the director of the Pentagon’s Defense Intelligence Agency, who testified alongside Ms. Haines." …

“Still, Russia has all but achieved one of its primary objectives: seizing a land bridge connecting Russian territory to the Crimean peninsula.”

So Russia isn’t winning but is winning?

Can part of the peace talks be all the Nazis against a wall? Seems a fair trade imo.
