I think this would be useful to combat the vote blue narrative as it shows both parties do horrible things. If the list could include not only just imperialism but things they did domestically that would be great. For example, things like Reagan’s trickle-down economics.
I know of this public essay, but it does not sort into presidencies and more of a timeline of sorts.
There’s also this list for Obama specifically that draws from the same material.

I remember that a series of tweets in twitter has the full list of crimes from US presidents a few years before today.
I don’t get the logic of “vote blue to keep abortions” when it’s getting banned while under the blue party!
