Just for a week. Please. I’ve got two pairs of baggy sweatpants from 2007/8. I can’t find anything like them anywhere and wouldn’t mind the chance to stock up on a few items that were made before humans stopped designing clothes to fit other humans’ bodies.
I’ve repaired one pair so many times there’s not much of the original left. The only reason the other pair is in better form is because I thought I lost them. They were saved from 3 years of wear in the meantime (2017–20 if you were interested). The shape is so comfy I won’t throw either pair out.
Plus, the pockets work. When and why the fuck did they start making pockets on sweatpants too small to hold anything? Smaller and shallower in an era when mobiles are getting wider and taller and we can’t leave the house without one!?
Not sure what this has to do with Putin but I feel better now.
Unfortunately not. I think I would also ‘collect’ things if I walked around in those. My pockets seem to catch just about everything I walk past as it is.
