I guess this is one way to reduce stress among your employees.

My gf recently had to do a survey at her job and the results were so bad that their management decided to have individual evaluation talks. Turns out they were trying to find out who filled in what to see who was negative about the company.

I don’t know if firing a large chunk of people simultaneously will be as good for stress as you think. It will certainly stop the ones left from being honest with you ever again, though.

People in management and HR etc. seem to think that value is created out of thin air rather than because of work.

After one of the many takeovers I endured while working in tech, the new bosses brought in a corporate shill in a lab coat to tell us all how stress is actually GOOD for you.

Fuck them, I hope they all get Adjusted.

Removed from how much of a dickhead you have to be to do this do you never stop to wonder as to why certain people might be so stressed? Like I feel it’s basically guaranteed that the majority of them are going to be the lynchpin of processes and not like the slackers
