They’ll probably refer to the DPRK and specifically the Kims as ‘evidence’ for their accusation.
Again, I would understand if it was an attempt to claim Marxists like “dictators”. This is usually what is used against Stalin, Mao, Kims. But the word “king” has a very specific meaning, with clear attributes
