The admins of lemmy.ml seem communist and one of the admins nutomic have a picture of Fidel Castro as their pfp and one of the popular people Yogthos has a Soviet Cosmonaut as their profile.
The first 2 lemmy instances were lemmygrad and lemmy.ml. The grad was a dedicated communist space controlled by communists to escape the censorship of corporate places like reddit. Ml was intentionally set up as a community for all to act as proof of concept for how the fediverse works.
The lemmy.ml admins intentionally tolerate liberals, though our tolerance has its limits. It intentionally is not an exclusively communist instance; that’s what lemmygrad is for.
I think they’ve got dedicated communism comms, but those are probably the only ones. c/Palestine is gonna be better than average, but don’t ever bring up Ukraine there.
Are they pro Ukraine or anti Ukraine ?
