I recently learned that, during the world’s first humanitarian war launched against Yugoslavia by the US under the Clinton administration, NATO forces dropped depleted uranium bombs on the country. Just think about how it’s possible that anyone could drop that kind of multi-generational poison on territory they were trying to make safe for others?
