What’s up comrades? How has your week been going?
I got 2 costs of “seasoning” baked onto my brake disks. Lmao. They don’t look pretty but they are dry and protected from rusting for now. Going to paint them this weekend. I know it’s silly but I love them. Partially just because of how ridiculous it is. Lol
my dumb ankles are finally getting better. I can walk around the block without pain most of the time. it’s been so damn long.

My week was alright, I just started spring track. I did a couple good runs and an ab workout, so my stomach is pretty sore.
I started back up with deadlifts this week. I took the week off from squats because my old man knees were getting upset. I have ordered a pair of hinged knee braces for them in hopes of preventing any further deterioration. Deadlifts did not seem to bother them though. Doing good with benching. Didn’t do OHP this week either. I do them same day as squats and just go sidetracked the whole day.
Have you seen knees over toes guy on YouTube?
Edit: Also, have you tried banded knee distractions? I’m no medic, so I can’t say they’ll help or are safe for you, but they might be, so it may be worth looking into them.
