Poland fan detected. Opinion discarded.
Shortest guide to polish internet: anyone and anything with variants of “husaria” and “elita” in name is bound to be horrible.
Yeah, I’ve seen enough winged hussars fellating even from the English speaking internet to know what’s up there
Sabaton and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race
What is their deal exactly? Like I’ve seen people link songs of theirs about based commie stuff and then also just… outright fash shit. Are they just ‘war is cool’ idiots?
No idea. My knowledge of them is pretty much the same as yours. Tried to listen to some of their stuff and found it uninspired and boring (musically above all else). But online morons go over and over their songs, reposting the same couple of tidbits everywhere.
Also I’m pretty sure their song about Stalingrad is anti-com.
Are there users with shlyahta (or however you spell that)?
Not many, thanks to incredibly obnoxious facebook meme from few years back “szlachta nie pracuje” (“nobility does not work”) anyone with “szlachta” is often ridiculed now.
And rightfully that. Thanks!
Who the fuck likes Stalin there, they are completley out of their mind…
Sadly for this clown, history disagrees.
""""""""""truth""""""""""
Also, conveniently left out the fact that the Western allies didn’t give two shits when Hitler was taking Eastern Europe but suddenly cared when he turned his attention to France. Because obviously the West wouldn’t have their own racist agenda would it?
Looking at general Pavlov, I think Stalin was completely right.
Took the biggest hit fighting against the Nazis and liberated both more people and land area from Hitler, and killed more Nazis in total, is “incompetent” to them?
Not to play the devil’s advocate here (because fuck that anti-soviet nonsense), but Stalin has authorized things like ordering partisans to burn down places where Nazis were quartered. Comparatively, many proper strategic victories were achieved by the generals (i.e. operation Bagration).
Now does that justify the hatred Reddit harbours against the man? No. But I would argue that it makes the topic more nuanced.
It’s been 69 years since Stalin died and people will still slander him for some reason
After 15 years? Any Amerikan “history” book, TV show or article would have told you the same. Speaks to anti-communists inability to read, I guess.
