Do you have any pet peeves (small things that piss you tf off) that don’t seem rational really? I definitely do. People that cut lines seem like an obvious one, had that happen earlier today and I reinforced the rule and went ahead of the line-cutter, I felt good about myself😃, but I digress, my #1 Pet Peeve is people talking to me at the urinal. My dick is out, can you not make convo rn?? Maybe it’s just me but in my most vulnerable state, I want some privacy, save your analysis of the weather for when I’m washing my hands at the very least. Sorry, needed to vent a bit bc it happens a lot, what pet peeves do yall have?

As someone who takes the metro daily: not letting people off first and also people standing together at the entrance when there’s room elsewhere in the metro. Like, it’s not that hard: people get off and create space for the people that get on, and everyone is happy. Cramming yourself through people trying to get off is not going to help you.

Same, personal space has been a big issue for me ever since Covid. Before that I wouldn’t mind squeezing through a few people, now I just wait for people to pass by so I don’t get too close

In the region I live in the midday workplace greeting is “mealtime.” Not only do I find it generally cringey, I absolutely do not want to be greeted with “mealtime” when I am going to the toilet.

I also can’t handle it when people (probably unconsciously) weave from left to right on walking paths, or when groups take up the whole path. Pick a side and stay there, don’t block people who walk faster or are on wheels.

Lol my brother hates when people line up horizontally to walk in a group down a sidewalk or mall walkway, he says that they think they’re like the characters from Friends

People standing on the left side of the escalator. Come on people, the right side is for standing and the left side is a fast lane for people who are in a hurry. It’s basic civic behaviour.

people talking to me at the urinal. My dick is out, can you not make convo rn??

That’s not a pet peeve, that’s being the victim of a war crime.

I had my day ruined (not today) because it turned out to be impossible to arrange boxes of beads in any meaningful way

So here and in other parts of the world, people kiss each other as a greeting, which fine but some people do it instantly when they see each other meaning I try to get on the bus but some girl named Rabi’ is blocking the road kissing her friend Khadija that she had a class with just this morning. It takes a few seconds and it’s nice to like have friends and be close to them but shit annoys me
