However, I’m just saying that we need to aim for a balance; neither too fearful and panicky (which could easily demoralize the communist/socialist and leftist forces) but also one with a sense of urgency and a bit of haste as well as staunch organization (never mind a reckoning of the dangers and possibilities we face).

I wouldn’t panic, but I would definitely look into other alternatives just in case.
We should try not to sabotage ourselves with fear as that generally hurts movements, but we will have to move with a sense of urgency.
