This is a communist community and you think people downvoting George Orwell are “No Theory mfs”?
Yes, he’s a terrible person but I don’t see a problem with upvoting Orwell here. I would probably also upvote Hitler’s "The sooner Russia is smashed the better” quote. It points out the parallels and is meant to be ironic (in the literary sense).
