reddit opinion is not a representation of the people of a country. the people that use those subreddits are mostly americans.
As an example: reddit.com/r/china, /r/japan, /r/korea are all whites or 3rd gen who has visited the country once 15 years ago.
every single country subreddit is a shithole full of reactionaries.
