I’m not Canadian, but from what I understand, they have a new law allowing physician-assisted suicide, which seems good at first, until you realize that doctors are allowed to recommend physician-assisted suicide to any patient, so if you can’t pay for a procedure and don’t want to wait, they essentially recommend that you let them help you kill yourself.
