Translation: Another officer describes how the Russians are operating near the city. They captured the garbage dump near Avdiivka, which was fought over for days, by sending unit after unit who “crawled over the corpses of their comrades” until the Ukrainians ran out of ammunition. Russian troops now control the small hill, which allows the area to be kept under fire control. Another soldier describes the Russians’ tactics as follows: “They come like zombies, some of them wear headlamps. This makes them an easy target for our machine gunners."

Legend has it that western journalists were uttering a sigh of relief at the start of the SMO because they could just rerun old articles from WW2.

Their opa even translated them all for them back in the day and they’ve just been itching to use them.

We’ve been staying true to our cultural heritage for the last 90 years. Gotta love being German…

How unoriginal. According to them the Russians are just plagiarizing Zapp Brannigan: “send wave after wave of men at them until they run out of ammo”.

What does that say about your side if you are still losing to an enemy this incompetent?

I was thinking exactly the same thing when I read it. It becomes surprisingly easy to see through the propaganda once you understand it, even when they frame it in the most absurd ways possible

They said the same shit about the USSR. Western propaganda does not change.
