I’ve noticed that as well. I find there is a handful of tropes that these people use, and you can just keep a few canned replies for each of them. I find the most effective approach is to have polite replies that provide lots of sources showing how their points are wrong. Typically they just slink away after that.
Having a set of canned replies with solid sources is a great idea. I’d imagine it would shut down most of the people acting in bad faith
