    Soviet tanks like the KV-2 and IS-2 were far more advanced than their German counterparts. In the earlier stages of Operation Barbarossa, a single KV-2 managed to hold off the entirety of the 6th Panzer Division during the Battle of Raseiniai (Google the wikipedia page for the battle, its confirmed by German sources). Furthermore, Soviet engineers managed to combine the best parts of several types of tanks (wide tracks, large barrel, sloped armor, etc.) into the T-34, the most mass-produced tank of WW2. To top it all off, the often talked about American donations made up only 4% of the Red Army’s total equipment, which does say something…

      Didn’t know the Lend Lease was so small, guess that’s the nail in the coffin to the “America beat the Nazis” argument.

      KV2s are so badass. I call em fatheads.
