    Although the police protocols - which are written in simple Microsoft Word files - are difficult to independently verify, they sit alongside many other documents that are far easier to authenticate.

      The article even goes on and mentions there are guards with weapon sticks at the facilities. Guards! At a prison! The US would never.

      The article also mentions some of the reasons people are locked up. Reasons like travelling to questionable countries, attending illegal ceremonies. Guys, China is jailing people for breaking the law.
