      In his manifest the shooter confirms he was inspired by Brenton Tarrant, the Azov trained Australian mass shooter.

        Related and interesting, but they were asking if this shooter was trained in Ukraine because of them being “a really accurate shot”. Tarrant was, not sure about this one.
