Since Vietnam and Cuba already have really polices on gay and trans people that if China does pass pro-lgbt laws we’re gonna see the biggest concessions for LGBT rights. Similar to Western Europe given concessions for healthcare and housing to its own populace since the USSR was right there enriching it in there constitution.
