    Good read. And written by someone who “escaped East Germany”. The western narrative really does seem to be shifting.

      I noted that bit as well. The whole article could have easily been written by one of us (aside from the swipes at the Soviet Union of course). It’s weird as hell hearing it from them, given how much they’ve screeched at us for the last few years for not supporting NATO.
