The use of the autopen, a device that reproduces signatures and is ubiquitous in government and business, is ordinarily uncontroversial. There is no power to undo a pardon in the Constitution or case law.

    I hope this really destroys the autopen not because I think that laws and such should have to be signed by hand but just because I want liberal democracy to be harder for the law makers.

    Lol he’s really trying to go there. I doubt they (SCOTUS) let him do it though because Biden was senile and there might be genuine argument his staffers and family were making these calls there is a chance they try and do a one-time only exemption just so Trump can be petty.

      Petty for sure but I think it’s more that going after the Bidens would be excellent political theater to keep people distracted while they do some really messed up Project 2025 shit. Regardless, it’s a real shame that Genocide Joe is too far gone to recognize that tsunami of karma coming his way.
