So in summary the Austrian Communist party just think that social programs in a plutocratic free riding system with systematic corruption will achieve Socialism. Even if they did achieve the funding for the programs in a system that only reward servitude to the rich free riders, it will only achieve temporary gain at best if it does anything at all or did not get misappropriated by the rich free riders. Do they really think that the rich free riders will serve the poor people against their personal interest like with their Capitalist claim that the second generation soviet rulers will work against their interest to end the Cold War and introduce “democracy”? This “Austrian Communist Party”, as cited by the OP, seem to assume that the Soviets will follow the Capitalist recent redefinition of dictatorship to confuse the people.

Now with China’s socialist experiment on beautiful display, and the history of other socialist experiments and their origin in the periphery, is it showing that socialism will be reformed from state capitalism, but only once the DOTP of the proletariat has been established through a revolution? Will this be the path forward for future socialist projects? Curious about this.
