    But, what if we would… just replace the personal dictatorship of one person with the dictatorship of entire owner class and just replace insignificant political puppets every few years? Beacon of democracy, amrite?

        Not quite the same thing, but… Bushes. Milibands (tbf, the first one was a Marxist). Kennedies. Roosevelts (tbf, one wasn’t bad). Asquiths/Bonham Carter’s. Churchills/Spencers. Johnsons. Rothschilds. Rockefeller’s. Saxe-Coburgs. Gothas. Hapsburgs. It’s a long list.

              Literally vote for same thing every 4 years or change ruler for another same one or worse than previous every few decades.
