In the senate, every state gets 2 reps no matter the size. In the house of reps, populous states get more, but are still vastly underrepresented.
Either way tho, its moot… because standard capitalist candidate stacking means that its extremely rare to find a representative for the people. We should almost be asking for less representatives in a capitalist system, because of how much they harm us, and give people the illusion of false choice.
Also I’ve never lived in a worse late-capitalist hellscape than California. Such extreme wealth next to extreme poverty and homelessness.
