Dutch media is reporting that Iran wants to close a ceasefire and has asked Saudi Arabia to send the message to Israel. No idea where they get this info from though.
Like, Al Jazeera is reporting the exact opposite, saying Iranians are united and willing to fight
I’ve seen soem videos of people being interviewed in Tehran where the overwhelming consensus was ‘Isreal must pay’. There was one woman who was screaming that Iran must immediately build a nuke. Mohammad Mirandi seems confident that the people are united against the zionist regime.

This is the war of narratives. They want to portray their enemies as weak and their side as strong. This is the same as in the Ukraine war, Russia was portrayed for about an year as its forces were routing, disorganized and falling apart. We need to wait until more reliable info eventually surfaces.
I am willing to be Al Jazeera is correct, but I have heard rumors Israel wants a cese fire, I could see the Dutch pushing that narrative so if Israel gets the cease fire they could be portraied as gratious.
You don’t typically arrange a ceasefire when you were attacked first.
